JOE'S plaYED football all HIS life and HAS trainED professional athletes, HE knowS what it takes to keep each individual MOTIVATED DURING THEIR TRAINING, WHATEVER BACKGROUND YOU MAY HAVE.

Zoe willcox

 Personal Trainer and Fitness pilates instructor, zOE has her own group classes at rejuvenate called "kick start fitness" which are enjoyed by so many clients that always leave with a smile on their face.

Zoe will help you enjoy your training, her energy and knowledge in the gym will give you the extra push you need.

 

Millie phillips

Personal trAINER AND SWIMMING INSTRUCTOR. MILLIE HAS BEEN IN AND AROUND REJUVENATE SINCE WE first open the doors, she has BEen PART OF THE GROUP TRAINING sessions AND HELPING THE GYM CREATE AN ATMOSPHERE THAT IS GREAT FOR ANYONE AND EVERYONE TO TRAIN IN.
