JOE'S plaYED football all HIS life and HAS trainED clients of all abilities, from beginners to professional athletes, HE knowS what it takes to keep each individual MOTIVATED DURING THEIR TRAINING, WHATEVER BACKGROUND YOU MAY HAVE.

Zoe willcox

 Personal Trainer and Fitness pilates instructor, zOE has her own group classes at rejuvenate called "kick start fitness" which are enjoyed by so many clients that always leave with a smile on their face.

Zoe will help you enjoy your training, her energy and knowledge in the gym will give you the extra push you need.

Personal Trainer and Spin/Fitness Instructor.

Billy has been involved in the fitness industry for the last 10 years, currently running multiple fitness classes and personal training sessions at Rejuvenate.

 

Billy's passion is working with clients to help reach their short and long term goals, regardless of age or athletic ability - from beginners to pros.

 

BILLY enjoys changing peoples attitudes to fitness, encouraging a healthier lifestyle, ensuring all sessions are rewarding, fun and productive.

Personal trAINER AND SWIMMING INSTRUCTOR. MILLIE HAS BEEN IN AND AROUND REJUVENATE SINCE WE first open the doors, she has BEen PART OF THE GROUP TRAINING sessions AND HELPING THE GYM CREATE AN ATMOSPHERE THAT IS GREAT FOR ANYONE AND EVERYONE TO TRAIN IN.

BETH HAS WORKED WITH A VARIETY OF PEOPLEWITH DIFFERENT GOALS, WHETHER THAT IS TO LOSE WEIGHT, BUILD MUSCLE, OR IMPROVE CONFIDENCE AND IMPROVE OVERALL FITNESS. bETH HAS BEEN IN THE INDUSTRY FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND SHE LOVES NOTHING MORE THAN SEEING SOMEONE BECOME HAPPY AND CONFIDENT WITHIN THEIR BODY.
