GROUP TRAINING CLASSES
SWEAT - This is our High Intensity Class (HIIT). Designed to push your limits, boost cardiovascular fitness and burn maximum calories in minimal time. Expect fast paced circuits + full body challenge every session.
BLAZE - This Strength + conditioning class using AMRAP (As many reps/rounds as possible) or EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute) style work outs. Blaze is designed to build muscular endurance, improve functional strength + keep you pushing your limits from start to finish.
BOX + BURN- Boxing inspired fitness class that combines pad work + cardio drills for a total body workout. Boost stamina, enhance coordination + relieve your stress... all in a fun, high energy group setting!
PUMP- A Barbell based full body workout that targets all major muscle groups. Body Pump focuses on high rep, low weight resistance training to help you tone, sculpt + improve muscular endurance.
STRONGER- A Full focus on building strength through using dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells + bodyweight exercises. With an emphasis on proper technique, progressive overload + Bettering yourself in the strength department.
HYROX- A Hybrid training class inspired by the Global Hyrox Competition, combining functional strength exercises with running intervals. Expect a mix of Sled push + pulls, Rowing, Skiing, Wall Balls, Lunges, Farmers Carries + Burpees. Designed to test your endurance, power + grit in a supportive + encouraging environment.
YOGA- A restorative + strengthening class that blends movement, breath work + mindfulness. Yoga Enhances flexability, improves posture, builds core strength + control.
PILATES- A low impact class focused on core strength, stability, posture + flexibility. Pilates uses controlled movements + breath to strengthen the body from the inside out.
