Group Training MEMBERSHIP
Single membership-
£50 a month
includes all GROUP training classes throughout the month.
Partner Membership-
£80 a month
INCLUDES all GROUP TRAINING CLASSes THROUGHOUT THE MONTH, FOR YOURSELF AND 1 OTHER FAMILY MEMBER OR PARTNER.
Pay as you go training- £10
SWEAT- High intensity interval workouts, putting you through intense exercises with a short rest period.

BLAZE- Training with a both cardio + resistance exercises in a circuit style class, sometimes using amrap (as many rounds/reps as possible).
​
STRONGER- pushing yourself through Strength exercises, usually working at an 8-10 rep range to get you stronger than your last session.
​
PUMP- body pump. working on repetition in an intense program with the bars.
​
BOX + BURN- Boxing and intense exercises to burn calories and relieve stress.
​
